Professor Maoxiang Chu

University of Science and Technology Liaoning, China

Bio: 

Professor Maoxiang Chu is a Ph.D. and doctoral supervisor. He was a visiting scholar at Lakehead University in Canada and also received the title of Young Backbone Talent from his home institution. He is also a member of CCF, IAENG, CAAI and the Youth Work Committee of CAAI. His research focuses on pattern recognition, machine learning, and machine vision. In these fields, he has led and participated in nearly 30 national, provincial, enterprise-commissioned and university-level projects, while overseeing over 10 enterprise product development initiatives. Additionally, he has published nearly 80 academic papers, including 35 SCI-indexed papers and 15 EI-indexed papers. He has disclosed or been granted nearly 20 invention patents and utility model patents. And he has received 6 Natural Science Academic Paper Achievement Awards from Liaoning Province and Anshan City, along with 2 Liaoning Provincial Scientific and Technological Achievement awards. Furthermore, he has been honored with approximately 170 teaching achievement awards at national, provincial, municipal, enterprise, and university levels.

Professor Qi Zhao

University of Science and Technology Liaoning, China

Bio: 

Qi Zhao received his Bachelor degree and PhD from Wuhan University and Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005 and 2011, respectively. Since 2011, he has been a faculty member as a lecturer and associate professor in Liaoning University, China. Now he is a full professor in University of Science and Technology Liaoning, China. Qi Zhao has been associate editor or editorial board member for more than 10 SCI journals, such as Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal, Journal of Translational Medicine, Genomics and so on. During recent years, he has published more than 100 SCI journal articles in the fields of bioinformatics, deep learning, computational toxicology and medical artificial intelligence. Qi Zhao received highly cited researcher awards by Clarivate Analytics in 2024.

Associate Professor Ye Tao 

University of Science and Technology Liaoning, China

Bio: 

Ye Tao graduated from Northwest Normal University in 2015 with a Master's degree in Engineering. He graduated from Liaoning University of Science and Technology in 2024 with a Doctoral degree in Engineering. Since 2016, he has been a lecturer and associate professor at Liaoning University of Science and Technology. He has published over 80 academic papers. Among them, there are more than 30 SCI and EI papers. He has presided over and participated in over 30 various projects at the national, provincial, municipal, and university levels. He also serves as a technical expert for several enterprises. He has guided students to win awards in national, provincial, and university level competitions for over 30 times.

Associate Professor Honghan Li

University of Science and Technology Liaoning, China

Bio: 

Honghan Li  received the B.Eng. degree in microelectronics science and engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2018, and the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical science and bioengineering from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 2021 and 2024, respectively. From 2021 to 2024, he served as a Research Fellow at Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), Tokyo, Japan. In 2023, he was invited as a Visiting Researcher at the Center for Machine Vision and Signal Analysis (CMVS), University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, University of Science and Technology Liaoning, Anshan, China. His research interests include biomedical signal processing and machine vision.
